Can an astrologer predict that someone is in a physical relationship before marriage?

Also Venus Rahu in 7th ,8th or 12th house denotes multiple sexual partners before and after marriage especially in Libra , Scorpio or Pisces sign or in Bharni nakshatra.

We all are aware of the fact that 3rd house is the first kaam trikona or house related to our hobbies and desires . Mercury is significator of duality and boyfriend/ girlfriend( in Bnn astrology )and Venus is love or relationship. So if Mercury is placed in 3rd house ( from ascendant )in male s horoscope or 9th house in case of female s horoscope (since it's 3rd from natural 7th house Libra) ,then there is high probability of male/ female having physical relationship before marriage. This also works if female has Mercury Venus in her 3rd house especially in sign of Libra , Scorpio or Pisces ( houses of internal sexual organs, external sexual organs,bed pleasure respectively )as 3rd house is house of our hobbies and interests too and it's 8th from 8th house of physical intimacy and also related to Masturbation ( since mithun is maithun in hindi and 3rd house is natural Gemini sign or Mithun rashi).

The only exception is that if this house is aspected by strong Jupiter,then thoughts would come but person comes on backfoot at the last stage.

Is it possible that my TF caused a kundalini awakening in another person? He is famous because He is a singer. We have not met physically yet, but I have gone through kundalini awakening and DNOTS and their ongoing. I have also had soul recognition so I know for sure that He is my Divine Counterpart and I do not have any doubts about it. But it is indeed perplexing that somebody had an awakening at the physical level because of Him. Is it a test for me? I have a mixture of feelings. On one hand I marvelled at Him and empathised with the person and on the other, I doubt if this just a test for me. I would appreciate your pov. Thank you for much.
